I am From Gorakhpur and after Lockdown in Feb 2019 there is a huge necessity for good Internet Speed for Engineers, My Company suggests taking Broadband Connection but at that Time in Gorakhpur, the Broadband service is very poor and costly. First seven months I worked using Mobile Data but after that, I knew and do inquiries about DEN, Airtel, Idea, JIO, and some local providers. So One of my Friends Takes a Connection of DEN Broadband and after 1 month I also took Connection of DEN and do my office work approx. 4 months from DEN. My experience while using DEN Broadband During this Period is services is not good because calling so many times they didn’t receive my call and so many time of their broadband service are broken like connection or wire fault.

I took connection (1st broadband) of DEN company their service first 3 month is ok but service is downgraded many times internet not working and I have to send personal msg and many times they solve the issue but it takes 3–5 days and many times they ignore the message. Installation charges are too high around 5000+ (sep2020 )as compared to other services. I subscribed to the package of 707 rs/month for 50 Mbps charges and my friend took a recharge of 12 months which cost around 7500 Rs.

Many people left airtel broadband because they didn’t provide service properly.

Call the respective provider and first ask for any offers during your current seasons.
