Rajasthani Thali is the best Thali as in my experience. Idli Sambhar and Dosa Best, Tasty and Healthy Food. Chole Kulche is the best Utttarakhand Tasty Food. Poha in MP and Vada Pav in Maharashtra, Dabeli from Gujarat, Chole Bhature from Punjab, Kawa in Jammu and  Kashmir, Momos in Himachal, Litti Choka in Bihar , Jharkhand. Samosa Tikki and Pani Puri is the best in UP.
